Nepal Yoga and Meditation tour will be the experience of the local Nepalese people's lifestyle, culture, religion, agriculture and way of keeping livestock, their use of fresh herbal medicine and ritual restorative.

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu
While your arrival in Kathmandu, you will be welcomed by our professional staff at the airport. You then will be transferred to the selected hotel in Kathmandu for rest and overnight stay.
Day 2: Full day Kathmandu valley sightseeing
the day starts with Yoga class then you will be taken for the sightseeing of some better places at Kathmandu valley including Basantapur Durbar Square, Swyambhunath, Pashupatinath. You can have an overnight stayed at the hotel.
Day 3: Drive for Namobuddha at Kavre from Kathmandu and return the same day
You will be given a wakeup call and then there will be a yoga class for you early in the morning. Then you will be taken to Namobuddha which is a large Buddhist stupa on the top of a hillside where you also can enjoy the best scenarios. The main reason behind visiting Namobuddha is Meditation. You will be taken back to Kathmandu for an overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 4: Drive for Nagarkot from Kathmandu
After yoga class, you will be taken to Nagarkot which is one of the peaceful destinations around Nepal. On the way, you can enjoy the sightseeing of Bhaktapur Durbar Square filled and artistic medieval period historical palaces of Lichhivi kings. Then we will observe the best sunset view in Nagarkot after a short meditation period. You will be staying overnight at a selected hotel in Nagarkot.
Day 5: Drive from Nagarkot to Kathmandu
You will be given a wakeup call for the early morning sunrise view from the view tower which would be a unique experience and this is also the nearest point in Kathmandu from where you can have the scenarios of different mountain ranges including the highest peak on earth Everest. Then after a sightseeing tour at Nagarkot, you will be transferred to the hotel of Kathmandu for overnight stay.
Day 6: Visit Osho Tapoban
Your day will begin to start with a yoga class. This day you will be taken to the Osho Tapoban at Balaju for one of the best meditation centers available in Nepal. After meditation, you will be transferred to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 7: Visit Kapan Monastery
You will be taken to the Kapan monastery after your yoga class, which is a bit far from the crowded Kathmandu where you can visit different Buddhist Tibetan monasteries. You also can interact with the monks and get a lot of information with them where you can participate in the meditation activities too. You can return back to the hotel or stay in Kapan.
Day 8: Departure to your own destination
Our airport representative will take you to the international terminal for your final departure.

- Christmas & New Year gala charges are on a direct pay basis at the hotel by guest.
