Day 1: Arrive Chennai
Upon arrival in Chennai, you will be met by our office airport representative. After a warm welcome at the airport, you will be driven to your pre-booked hotel and our representative will assist you in check-in formalities. Rest for a while and evening watch live Kathakali Dance performance. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Full day sightseeing in Chennai
After breakfast at the hotel, start your day with Fort St. George is the 17th-century fort built by the British in the city of Chennai. The building now houses Tamil Nadu state legislative assembly. Government Museum, the second oldest museum in India, the Government Museum or Madras Museum showcases human history and culture. Interestingly this museum has the largest collection of Roman artifacts outside of Europe. Valluvar Kottam is the most recognizable monument in Chennai and dedicated to the classical Tamil poet, Thiruvalluvar. Santhome Cathedral: San Thome Basilica is a 16th-century beautiful cathedral built by Portuguese and later restored by the British. Interestingly this church is only one of the three churches in the world to have been built over the tomb of an apostle of Jesus. Kapaleeswarar Temple is a 7th century Lord Shiva temple with a huge gopuram built in typical Dravidian architectural style in the Mylapore area of Chennai. Marina Beach is the most popular beach and a top tourist attraction in Chennai city. It is a natural beach famed to be the second-longest natural beach in the world.

Day 3: Drive Chennai – Kanchipuram – Mahabalipuram
Today after breakfast at the hotel drive to Kanchipuram. On reaching go on a sightseeing tour of Kailasanatha Temple It was constructed in the 8th century and has a beautiful panel depicting 'Lord Shiva and Parvati' during a dance. Vaikunta Perumal Temple, this temple dates back to the 8th century and was built by Nandivarman Pallava. Battle scenes depicting Pallava Valour are carved on the panels surrounding the main hall. Varadaraja Temple, this 100 pillared hall of this temple stands testimony to the artistry of the sculptors of Vijaynagar. Kamakshi Amman Temple dedicated to the goddess Kamakshi (Parvati) is one of the three holy places of Sakthi worship in India and was built by Cholas in the 14th century. After lunch visits Kanchi Silk, traditional occupation of Kanchipuram is silk sarees and agriculture. An estimated 5000 families are still involved in weaving silk sarees. Later on, continue your drive to Mahabalipuram. Upon arrival check-in hotel and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Full day sightseeing in Mahabalipuram
After breakfast, start your day with sightseeing tour of Shore Temple, the oldest structure in the area, build c. 700 AD, this temple has been here for more than 1400 years. The Shore Temples configuration of the two Shiva shrines with the small Vishnu shrine in between illustrates an attempt to balance the different, competing religious requirements Thirukadalmallai, this temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu. It was also built by Pallava King in order to safeguard the sculptures from the ocean. Sculpture Museum: East Raja Street has hundreds of sculptures in stone, wood, etc. Varaha Cave having four impressive carvings of Vishnu, Gajalakshmi, Trivikrama and Durga are all carved straight out of rock in the central hillside area. Evening you can spend on a sandy beach for relaxation. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 5: Drive Mahabalipuram – Pondicherry
Breakfast and check-out from the hotel and embark on your drive to Pondicherry. Upon arrival check-in hotel and freshen-up. After lunch visits Auroville It is an experimental township where people of all nationalities live together in absolute harmony. The concept of the township is to let people live and thrive together in harmony, no matter which caste, rase or religion they belong to. Later visit Sri Aurobindo Aashram Aashram is a spiritual center for those seeking inner peace. The ashram was started as a small community gathering center by Sri Aurobindo when he settled in Pondicherry. Later we move to Auro beach. It is a fine sand beach on the eastern coast. Also, we collected a huge number of shells from the coast. Evening drive back to the hotel and overnight at the hotel.

Day 6: Drive Pondicherry – Chidambaram – Trichy
Today after breakfast proceed to Trichy and visit Chidambaram city which famous for its temples. Nataraja Temple is dedicated to Lord Natraj, the dancing form of Lord Shiva. The idol of the Lord placed in the temple is an extremely beautiful one. Thillai Kali Amman Temple is another respected temple, which is dedicated to Goddess Kali Amman. One of the popular Shakti temples, it has an idol of Goddess Kali that has 4 faces. Pitchavaram Backwaters is a beautiful picnic spot, boasting of creeks and innumerable channels, offering opportunities for water sports activities including boating. Later, continue your drive to Trichy. Upon arrival check-in hotel and overnight at the hotel.

Day 7: Full day sightseeing in Trichy
After breakfast, start your day with sightseeing of places like The Rock Fort is a historic fort and temple complex built on a large rock with a height of 85 meters. There are 344 steps carved out of rock lead to the top. The fort complex has witnessed fierce battles between Madurai Nayakas and Bijapur, Carnatic and Maratha forces. Jambukeswarar/Thiruvanaikoil Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple was built by Kochengon, one of the Early Cholas around 1800 years ago on Srirangam Island. Thiruvanaikoil Temple is one of the five major Shiva Temples known as Panchabhoota Sthala representing the element of water. Srirangam is well known for Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple which is the foremost of the eight self-manifested shrines of Lord Vishnu. The temple is considered the first among 108 prominent Vishnu temples and constructed in the Dravidian style of architecture. Built across an area of 156 acres, this temple is dedicated to Ranganatha, a reclining form of Hindu deity, Lord Vishnu. Sri Mariyamman Temple is dedicated to Samayapurathal or Mariamman, an incarnation of Goddess Shakti. The main deity in the sanctum is made of sand and clay and hence there are no abhishekams conducted to the main deity, but instead, the abishekam is done to the small stone statue in front of it. Later drive back to hotel and evening free at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 8: Drive Trichy – Madurai
After relaxing breakfast, check-out from hotel and embark on your drive to Madurai. Upon arrival check-in hotel and freshen-up. After lunch visit Meenakshi Temple, this Temple is undoubtedly one of the best architectural masterpieces. Dedicated to Goddess Parvati and Lord Shiva, This temple complex has two temples, namely, Meenakshi Temple and the Sundareswarar Temple. One of the largest temples in the country and almost a city. This 2000 years old temple is especially known for its Ayiramkaal Mandapam; this thousand-pillared hall is sculpted with life-size and ornamented figures. Evening back to hotel and overnight at the hotel.

Day 9: Full day sightseeing in Madurai
After relaxing breakfast, start your sightseeing with Thirumalai Nayak Palace This palace presents an enviable blend of Dravidian and Islamic styles of architecture. The sound and light show here is also interesting which presents a glimpse into the bygone eras. Vandiyur Mariamman Dedicated to Lord Vigneshwara, this temple is known for its tank, which is said to be the biggest in Tamil Nadu and the place where the Lord’s idol was also found. Thiruparankundram Constructed in the 8th century during the Pandyan reign, it was carved out of a single rock. One of the unique aspects of this temple is that Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu face each other. Gandhi Memorial Museum It is a historic tamukkam palace belonging to Rani mangammal, built at 1670. It contains visual Biography of bapuji and photostat copies of many letters written by him. Azhagar Temple Here 'Vishnu' presides as Meenakshi's brother 'Azhar'. This is believed to have appeared to slay the demon Somuka who abducted the four Vedas. Evening drive back to the hotel and overnight.

Day 10: Drive Madurai – Munnar
After breakfast at hotel, straight drive to Munnar. On the way, you will see lush greenery and hills filled with trees. Munnar basically means three rivers” referring to the confluence of 3 rivers – Madhurapuza, Nallathanni, and Kundaly rivers. There are numerous places to see around. And so, you will begin with the sightseeing of Tea Plantations which are the heart of Munnar. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 11: Full day sightseeing in Munnar
Breakfast at hotel, sightseeing of Munnar starts with Devikulam: An enchanting hill station. The Sita Devi Lake with its mineral waters and picturesque surroundings. Powerhouse waterfalls, Anayirankal Dam, Nyamakadu waterfalls, Anaimudy view (South India Highest peak – 8841 feet from sea level = 2695 meters) Eravikulam National Park. Rajamala the Nilgiri tahr, a very rare type of mountain goat (Hemitragas bylocres), on the verge of extinction. Half the world population of this rare goat is seen in and around Rajamala. The kurinji flowers blooming once in twelve years abound here. The combination of these two rare sights will make any visitor come again and again to this place. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 12: Drive Munnar – Cochin
heck-out from the hotel and drive to Cochin. Upon arrival Cochin check-in hotel. Day free for rest. Evening visit Kathakali Dance Show and Overnight at the hotel.

Day 13: Drive Cochin – Coimbatore
After breakfast, enjoy a city tour of Cochin , which starts with Mattanchery Palace, built by the Portuguese (1557) as a gift for the Raja of Kochi in exchange for trading rights, it was largely rebuilt by the new occupants, the Dutch. Then visit Jewish Synagogue adjacent to the Palace. This gem of a synagogue dating from 1568 (rebuilt in 1662) at the heart of what is called locally Jew Town, now a fascinating mixture of shops (some selling antiques), warehouses and spice auction rooms.

Later on, drive to Fort Kochi beach area to visit St. Francis Church originally dedicated to Santo Antonio, the patron saint of Portugal, St. Francis Church is the first to reflect the new, European influenced tradition. Our final visit will be too huge Chinese Fishing nets line the entrance to the harbor mouth. Chinese traders are believed to have originally introduced them in the late 14th century although, today, parts of the nets are known by Portuguese names. After lunch, continue your drive to Coimbatore. Upon arrival check-in hotel and overnight at the hotel.

Day 14: Drive Coimbatore – Ooty
After breakfast, start your sightseeing The Marudhamalai Murugan Temple, located at a height of 500 feet on the western ghats is dedicated to the Lord Muruga. The Perur Patteeswarar Swamy Temple, on the banks of Noyyal river, dedicated to Lord Siva. Gass Forest Museum is a natural history museum. It is the first institution in India which houses exhibits related to forestry. This government-run museum is located in the verdant Forest College Campus on Cowley Brown Road. This museum is a must-visit for nature lovers. After lunch, embark on your drive to Ooty (Hill Station). Arrive and check-in hotel. Evening free at leisure or rest. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 15: Full day sightseeing in Ooty
After breakfast starts your day with The Doddabetta Peak, which is surrounded by sub-alpine shrubs and a reserve forest. Offering outstanding views of the countryside below. Enjoy gazing at the mystical landscapes encompassing the highest peak in the Nilgiris through the telescope at the Telescope House. The Toda Hamlets gives an insight into the practices and traditions of the pastoral community of the Todas who live in barrel-shaped huts with no windows and a small door in order to safeguard themselves from the wild animals. Renew yourself in one of the oldest Botanical Gardens as you gaze at the orchids blooming on the garden edges and wander around in delight. More than 1000 species of plants, shrubs, ferns, and trees add to the charm of the most magnificent garden. Emerald Dam, the impressive dam along with the Avalanche Dam forms the major source of water for the Kundah Hydro Power station. Travel aficionados would love watching the twittering birds surviving in the green refuge. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 16: Drive Ooty – Mysore
Check-out from the hotel, drive to Mysore. Upon arrival check-in hotel and freshen-up.

After lunch visit Chamundeshwari Temple set majestically on the Chamundi Hills, the Hindu shrine is dedicated to Goddess Chamundeshwari, a manifestation of Goddess Durga. Mysore Wax Museum a must-visit site for music enthusiasts that houses more than 300 musical instruments from varied parts of the world. Mysore Zoological Park that houses elephants, green anacondas, baboons, giraffes, white rhinoceros, zebras, lions, and tigers. Mysore Maharaja Palace that illustrates the rich tradition and culture of the city. An astounding landmark, the Mysore Palace was the official residence of the Wodeyars who ruled the city from 1399 till 1950. The next stop at the significant religious site of the Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple is a sacred shrine dedicated to Lord Ranganathaswamy, a manifestation of Lord Vishnu. It is one of the sacred sites of Lord Vishnu known as Pancharanga Kshetram. Evening drive back to the hotel and overnight.

Day 17: Drive Mysore – Bangalore
After breakfast, check-out from hotel and embark on your drive to Bangalore City. Upon arrival check-in hotel. Rest day free at leisure and to explore vicinity of the hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 18: Full day sightseeing in Bangalore
After breakfast, start your day with Gavi Gangadhareshwara Temple This rock-cut temple dedicated to Lord Shiva was built in the 16^th century by Kempe Gowda I, the founder of Bangalore. The temple is one of the oldest in Bangalore and proof of how advanced Indian architecture was in the 16^th century. Lalbagh Botanical GardenIt has been recognized nationally and internationally for its efforts towards the scientific study of plants, plant conservation, and botanical artwork. The garden is spread over 240 acres of land and houses more than 1800 plant species. The Bangalore Fort dates back to 1537 when it was a mud fort built by Kempe Gowda I. It was rebuilt as a stone fort in 1761 by Haider Ali. The Bangalore Palace was originally the home of Rev. Garrett. It was bought by Maharaja Chamarajendra Wadiyar X in 1873. The palace is built in the Tudor style of architecture with fortified battlements and towers. St. Mary’s Basilica dates back to the 17^th century. It is one of the oldest churches in Karnataka and the only church in Karnataka that was made a minor basilica.

Day 19: Departure transfer 
Today morning departure transfer to Bangalore international airport to board a flight for onward destination.
