Day 1: Arrive Delhi
Upon your arrival at Delhi International airport, you will be met by our office airport representative. After a warm welcome at the airport, you will be driven to your pre-booked hotel and our representative will assist you in check-in formalities. Get some rest or explore the city by walk. Enjoy an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2:    Day sightseeing in Delhi |     Drive Delhi – Jaipur     (265kms/ 5hrs approx)
Today morning after breakfast at the hotel, you will start your excursion with Red Fort the residence of the Mughal emperor for nearly 200 years, until 1857. Cycle Rickshaw Ride in Chandni Chowk Bazar.  Then visit Jama Masjid (Mosque).it was built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan between 1650 and 1656, Jama Masjid is one of the biggest Mosques in India. Raj Gath: The memorial of Mahatma Gandhi where he was cremated after his assassination. Qutab Minar: The building complex dated back on the onset of Muslim rule in India and are fine examples of Afghan architecture. Humayun's Tomb: Build by the wife of Humayun, the second Mughal king. It is an early example of Mughal architecture. India Gate: The 42m high stone "Arch of Triumph", erected in the memory of Indian soldiers who died in the First World War; Drive through Rajpath "Kingsway" a VVIP area of Delhi including Rashtrapati Bhawan. Later embark your drive to Jaipur city.

Known as the Pink City because of the color of the stone used exclusively in the walled city,” Upon arrival check-in hotel and overnight stay. 

Day 3:    Full day sightseeing in Jaipur
Breakfast at hotel, visit Amber Fort and enjoy Elephant Ride(upto the hills). Raja Man Singh the Rajput commander of Akbar’s army constructed the fortress-palace at the end of the 16th century. Amber is a superb example of Rajput architecture, situated on a hilltop, overlooking a lake. 

Then move ahead to the City Palace, with amazing cultural value and architectural excellence. It is adorned with a number of gardens, edifices, and courtyards within the complex of the palace which makes it worth visiting. The next stopover will be at the Jantar Mantar, also known as the Royal Observatory, Jantar Mantar has a collection of astronomical instruments that are meticulously designed to measure the harmony of the heavens. 

After lunch, drive towards Jaigarh Fort, considered to be one of the most well-fortified structures in India. The magnificent fort was constructed by Sawai Singh of Jaipur in 1726 in order to tighten the security of Amber and Jaipur. Situated on the top of the hill the fort provides the stunning view of the Jaipur town and magnificent amber fort. The main highlights of the fort are massive Cannon, fortification, museum, palaces, temples and the magnificent water tanks. Jai Van is claimed to be the largest cannon on wheels in the world. Evening drive back to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 4:    Drive Jaipur – Abhaneri – Fatehpur Sikri – Agra     (245kms / 5hrs Approx)
Breakfast at the hotel, embark on your drive to Jaipur.  On the way, halt at Abhaneri; this ancient village in Rajasthan is renowned for its post-Gupta or early medieval monuments, Chand Baori and Harshat Mata temple. Though the village is in ruins now, tourists throng the village to see Chand Baori which is a huge stepwell, a unique idea conceived by the natives to work as a water reservoir. Another attraction is the Harshat Mata temple, an architectural jewel on the tourism map of Rajasthan. While Harshat Mata temple symbolizes the 10th-century architecture, Chand Baori, which is fortified on all sides, is one of the largest step wells in India.

En-route, also visit Fatehpur Sikri, built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 and abandoned after 15 yrs due to scarcity of water. Predominately, a red sandstone construction sprawling over a huge area, the architectural style is very much in tune with the emperor’s dream & partakes of both Hindu & Muslim styles. See the graceful buildings including Jama Masjid, Jodha Bai Palace, Birbal Bhawan, Panch Mahal, and the Buland Darwaza. Each site endures the great creativity and historical significance of the Mughal Dynasty. Continue to drive to Agra, on arrival check-in at the hotel. Overnight stay at Agra.

Day 5:    Full day sightseeing in Agra      
Early morning, visit the Taj Mahal during sunrise a symbol of love. It was built by Shah Jahan in 1631 AD and was completed in 1651. This symbol of love was built in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal. Described as the most extravagant monument ever built for love. Then, drive back to the hotel for breakfast and freshen-up.

Afternoon visit Agra Fort, it was built by the famed Mughal Emperor Akbar in 1565 AD, the fort is predominantly of red sandstone. Construction of the massive red sandstone Agra Fort on the bank of the Yamuna River was begun by Emperor Akbar in 1565, though additions were made up until the rule of his grandson, Shah Jahan region it has partially become Palace. Later move the head to Itmad-ud-daulah's Tomb, was built between 1622 and 1628 by Empress Nur Jahan for her father, boasts of marble trelliswork and inlaid with precious stones, this mausoleum on the opposite bank of the Yamuna from the Taj, exhibits a strong Persian influence. Evening drive back to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 6:    Drive Agra – Gwalior – Orchha (237kms/ 5hrs approx)
Breakfast at hotel, drive to Orchha, en route visit Gwalior Fort. Standing on a steep mass of sandstone, Gwalior Fort dominates the city and is its most magnificent monument. The magnificent outer walls of the Fort still stand, two miles in length and 35 feet high, bearing witness to its reputation for being one of the most invincible forts of India. This imposing structure inspired Emperor Babar to describe it "the pearl among the fortresses of Hind."

Continue your drive to Orchha checks in at the hotel. Later visit Orchha Fort: A wonderful example of a medieval fort palace. The tiered Jahangir Mahal was built in 1606 to commemorate the visit of Emperor Jahangir in 1606. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 7:    Drive Orchha – Khajuraho (178kms/ 4hrs approx)
Today morning you will embark on your drive to Khajuraho. Upon arrival check-in hotel and freshen-up.

Afternoon sightseeing of Khajuraho, visit Eastern, Western & Southern group of temples. Khajuraho, home to most famous of India’s temples on account of their remarkable erotic sculptures, lies in a rich, well-watered plain. The temple of Khajuraho is India's unique gift to the world, representing, as they do, a paean to life, to love, to joy; perfect in execution and sublime in expression.

Today, the temples serve as fine examples of Indian architectural styles that have gained popularity due to their explicit depiction of sexual life during medieval times. Locals living in the Khajuraho village always knew about and kept up the temples as best as they could. They were pointed out to an Englishman in the late 19th century but the jungles had taken a toll on all the monuments. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 8:    Flight Khajuraho – Varanasi     (AI 045, 15:15/16:10) 
 Breakfast at the hotel, transfer to airport to board flight for Varanasi. On arrival assistance and transfer to hotel for check-in and freshen-up. 

In the evening, visit the famous ghats of the holy river the Ganges and witness & experience, the Aarti or prayer of River Ganges with a spectacular sight of oil lamps floating in the river as a backdrop and hearing harmonious hymns, this sight and sound is an ultimate spiritual experience soothing the soul. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 9:    Full day sightseeing Varanasi
An early morning boat ride and Ghat visit along the Ganges and catch the scene of devotees bathing and praying in the sacred water. Varanasi presents a unique combination of physical, metaphysical and supernatural elements. According to Hindu mythology, Varanasi liberates the soul from the human body to the ultimate. It is the Ganga Ghats of Varanasi that complement the concept of divinity. The Ganga Ghats at Varanasi are full of pilgrims who flock to the place to take a dip in the holy Ganges, which is believed to absolve one from all sins. Return to the hotel for breakfast.

Later start excursion to Sarnath one of the three holiest sites for Buddhists. This is where the Buddha delivered his first sermon in 528 BC. There are many temples here, representing the many cultures where Buddhism is the dominant religious philosophy. You'll find the Tibetans, the Chinese, the Japanese, the Burmese and the Thai have set up centers of learning, monasteries, and temples. The Ashokan Pillar here used to be crowned by a capital that had four lions with their backs to each other looking out in the four cardinal directions the capital, now a national emblem for the Indian Union is in the Archaeological Museum in Sarnath. 

City tour, visit world-famous Benaras HinduUniversity founded by Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya at the turn of the century, also has a new Vishwanath temple, built by the Birlas, a rich industrialist family, is meant for a caste-less, egalitarian society. TulsiManas Temple its white marble walls have the verses of Tulsidas’ Ramcharitmanas inscribed on them. Bharat Mata Temple a modern shrine, inaugurated by Mahatma Gandhi, has a huge relief map of the Indian sub-continent showing all its rivers, mountains and pilgrimages. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 10:   Flight Varanasi – Delhi (UK 955, 15:20/16:55)
There is a number of temples on the bank of the Ganga river in Varanasi. It is believed that people are cleansed physically, mentally and spiritually at Ganga Ghats. It is at the Ganga Ghats where we see life and death together. For thousands of years, people have been thronging these Ghats to offer their morning prayers to the rising sun. There are more than 100 ghats alongside Ganga in Varanasi. Some of the prominent and popular Ghats at Varanasi are the Dasaswamedh Ghat, Manikarnika Ghat, Harischandra Ghat, Kabir Ghat, and Assi Ghat.

Later on, as per flight schedule transfer to airport to board flight for Delhi. On arrival at Delhi airport assistance and transfer to hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 11:   Departure Transfer
Today morning after breakfast at the hotel,  you will depart transferred to Delhi international airport to board a flight for onward destination.
